Terms of Service

MiKiName is a platform providing tools and content relating to naming and name analysis based on Numerology, including but not limited to:

• Checking, scoring and comparing names using the Pythagoras Numerology system.
• Suggesting baby names based on the surname, date of birth, gender and information you provide.
• Analysing in-depth metrics: Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, Personality, Pinnacle, Challenge, Personal Year and many other metrics.
• Analysing compatibility between an individual and their parents or whole family, along with life cycles and charts.
• Basic name-checking and suggestion features are free. Detailed digital reports (PDF) are one-off purchases (not recurring subscriptions), available as three options: a name-suggestion report, a full Numerology report, and a bundle of both.

The specific features, usage limits, contents of each plan and current pricing are always described in the service interface at the time you transact. We reserve the right to add, adjust, suspend or discontinue a feature for operational, security, legal compliance or product improvement reasons.

Important notice about the nature of the service: Numerology is not a scientific method, does not predict the future and does not guarantee any outcome. All results, scores, analyses and suggestions from MiKiName are provided for reference and personal reflection only. The service does not replace professional advice or decisions regarding medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational or any other professional field. You should not treat results as absolute advice or the sole basis for important life decisions. The results are not a prediction of actual future events that will happen to your child or family.

Eligibility: You must have sufficient legal capacity under the law to accept these Terms and make payments. If you use the service on behalf of a child or dependant (for example analysing a name for your child), you confirm that you have the legal right or authorisation, and are responsible for their consent and for supervising the provision of their data.

Your obligations: When creating and using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and not impersonate any other individual or organisation.
• Keep your login details secure, use a strong password, not share or transfer your account without authorisation, and be responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Notify us immediately via [email protected] when you suspect unauthorised access to or loss of control over your account.
• Not create multiple accounts to evade usage limits, promotions, payment obligations or service protection measures.
• Use the service for its intended purpose, comply with the law and not adversely affect other users or the system.

MiKiName's rights: We may require email verification, refuse registration, restrict access, temporarily suspend or terminate an account when we detect signs of fraud, security risks or breaches of the Terms.

Pricing and payment: MiKiName sells three one-off report packages - a name-suggestion report, a full Numerology report and a combined bundle - not recurring subscriptions. The sale price, currency and corresponding benefits are always clearly displayed for the market you selected, before you confirm a purchase. For the Vietnam market, we charge in VND via SePay (bank transfer or QR code); when you request one, we issue the e-invoice via MiKiOS Gateway, integrated with MISA meInvoice. For international markets, we charge in USD via Dodo Payments - our payment processor/Merchant of Record - with applicable taxes already included in the displayed price. Your card-issuing bank may add its own currency-conversion fee on top of the amount shown on MiKiName; any such fee is set and charged by your bank, not by us. Report credits are only activated after the system receives valid payment confirmation.

Credits are tied to the market you purchased in: MiKiName serves multiple markets, each with its own name pool, language and analysis context. The credits you purchase can only be used to generate a report for the market selected at the time of purchase, and cannot be used for a different market. Please confirm you have the right market selected before paying.

Report generation time: The Analysis of your 5 chosen names is usually ready quickly, guaranteed within 30 minutes. The Comprehensive Numerology Report is written by AI across 33-36 chapters, so it takes longer - usually much sooner, but we allow up to 180 minutes to stay safe even at busy times. You do not need to wait on the page - we email you as soon as the report is ready, and it stays in your account.

One-off products (reports): The right to view a report or an unlocked name list is granted as described at the time of purchase and has long-term ownership value as described for the product. A refund request for a report may be considered within 7 days of payment, provided that report generation has not started or the report has not been generated. Once the digital content has been generated, delivered or unlocked for use, the payment is generally non-refundable, unless required by law or the fault lies entirely with MiKiName.

When the technical fault is ours: If your credit has been spent or you have been charged but the report was not generated because of a technical fault in MiKiName's own systems, we will restore the spent credit or issue a refund to you. This commitment applies whenever the cause is MiKiName's fault, regardless of the 7-day window above.

Handling payment issues: If you are charged but benefits have not been granted, are double-charged, the amount is incorrect or you notice an unusual transaction, please contact [email protected] with the order code so we can check and resolve it. Never send your full card number or security code (CVV) via email. Taxes, bank fees, exchange rate differences and the actual refund timeframe may be determined by the payment provider or bank.

MiKiName's rights: MiKiName and its licensors own or control all software, source code, interfaces, trademarks, logos, designs, databases, algorithms, template content, images and materials of the service. These assets are protected by intellectual property law. Your use of MiKiName does not mean any ownership rights over those assets are transferred to you.

Licence granted to you: When you comply with the Terms and pay the applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the service and use purchased reports for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save or print reports for your personal needs, but you may not: resell, sublicense, distribute en masse, publicly post for commercial purposes, remove or obscure copyright notices, extract/copy the database, or use the content to build a competing product or service.

Your data: You retain rights over the data you provide (name, date of birth, family information, etc.). By using the service, you grant MiKiName the right to process that data to the extent necessary to operate, secure, support and generate the results you request, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Provided "as-is": To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Analysis results depend on the data you enter, the system's calculation rules and AI-generated content; we do not guarantee absolutely accurate results, compatibility with every Numerology school, or that any specific outcome will occur in your real life.

Decision-making responsibility: You are responsible for evaluating and deciding how to use the results. MiKiName is not responsible for any decision about naming, parenting, relationships, health, finances or other important decisions that you make based solely on the reference-only content of the service.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiKiName is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of reputation or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total direct liability relating to a transaction, in all cases, does not exceed the amount you have actually paid for the product or service period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights and responsibilities that the law does not permit to be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

When using MiKiName, you may not directly carry out, or assist or enable others to carry out, the following:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory purposes, or to infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Access or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, APIs, servers, databases or administrative areas; scan or test for vulnerabilities beyond the permitted scope.
• Evade or circumvent technical limits, access control mechanisms, paywalls, rate limits or anti-fraud mechanisms.
• Use bots, scraping, crawlers or any automated tools to collect data in bulk or create abnormal load on the system without written approval.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify or exploit the source code and service in breach of the law or applicable licence.
• Upload or distribute malware or viruses; disrupt, overload or degrade the integrity and safety of the system.
• Resell accounts, share paid access, or exploit reports and content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Any good-faith security research must be authorised in advance by MiKiName in writing, and must not cause harm, must not access other users' data, and must not disrupt the service.

Your termination: You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred, and may cause you to lose access to the data, saved names and reports associated with the account once the request is completed. Therefore, download and save any content you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.

Termination or suspension by MiKiName: We may suspend or terminate your access when you breach the Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, fail to pay a due fee, or when required by law. In reasonable cases, we will give prior notice and an opportunity to remedy; in emergency cases to protect the system and users, we may act immediately.

Changes to the Terms and service: We may update the Terms or adjust the service over time. The new version will show the update date and takes effect from the time it is published or from the time specifically notified. If a change significantly affects your rights and obligations, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service and refrain from making further purchases.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the law of your place of residence.

Dispute resolution mechanism: Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you and MiKiName agree to prioritise resolving disputes in good faith through negotiation. You can send a description of the issue, the order code (if any), your desired resolution and contact information to [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it will be brought before the competent authority or court in Vietnam for resolution, unless the law mandatorily provides for a different jurisdiction.

General provisions: If any provision is determined by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. MiKiName's failure or delay in enforcing any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

For the fastest support, please use the email address associated with your account and provide the relevant order code or transaction code (if any). For safety reasons, never send passwords, OTP codes, security codes or full payment card details via email or any contact channel.
