Terms of Service

MiKiName is a platform providing tools and content related to naming and name analysis based on Numerology, including but not limited to:

• Checking, scoring and comparing names using the Pythagoras Numerology system.
• Suggesting names for children based on the family name, date of birth, gender and information you provide.
• Analyzing in-depth indicators: Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, Personality, Pinnacle, Challenge, Personal Year and many other indicators.
• Compatibility analysis between an individual and parents or the whole family, along with life cycles and charts.
• Digital reports (PDF), free features, Pro/Premium subscription plans and individually purchased report products.

Specific features, usage limits, the contents of each plan and current prices are always described in the service interface at the time you transact. We reserve the right to add, adjust, suspend or discontinue a feature for reasons of operation, security, legal compliance or product improvement.

Important note about the nature of the service: Numerology is not a scientifically proven method. All results, scores, analyses and suggestions from MiKiName are for reference, personal exploration and entertainment purposes only. The service does not replace professional advice or decisions regarding medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational or any other professional matters. You should not treat the results as absolute advice or the sole basis for important life decisions.

Eligibility: You must have sufficient legal capacity under the law to accept these Terms and make payments. If you use the service on behalf of a child or dependent (for example, analyzing a name for your child), you confirm that you have the right or are legally authorized, and are responsible for the consent and supervision of providing their data.

Your obligations: When creating and using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and not impersonate any individual or organization.
• Keep your login credentials secure, use a strong password, not share or transfer your account without authorization, and be responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] when you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or you have lost control of it.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, promotions, payment obligations or service protection measures.
• Use the service for its intended purpose, comply with the law, and not adversely affect other users or the system.

MiKiName's rights: We may require email verification, refuse registration, restrict access, temporarily lock or terminate accounts when we detect signs of fraud, security risks or violations of these Terms.

Pricing and payment: The sale price, currency, billing cycle and corresponding benefits are always clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase. Payment may be processed via domestic bank transfer/QR or via Paddle for international card transactions; payment providers may apply their own additional terms, fees and verification steps. Access or benefits are only activated after the system receives valid payment confirmation.

Recurring subscription plans: Unless the payment interface states otherwise, Pro/Premium plans will automatically renew on a monthly or annual cycle using the payment method you selected, until you cancel. You may request cancellation at any time in the subscription management page; cancellation stops the next renewal, and benefits are typically maintained until the end of the period you have paid for. Not using up your benefits within a period does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Individually purchased products (reports): The right to view an unlocked report or name list is granted as described at the time of purchase and holds long-term ownership value as described for the product. Refund requests for a report may be considered within 7 days of the payment date, provided the report generation process has not begun or the report has not yet been generated. After the digital content has been generated, delivered or unlocked for use, the payment is typically non-refundable, unless required by law or the fault lies entirely with MiKiName.

Handling payment issues: If you have been charged but benefits have not been granted, you have been charged twice, the amount is incorrect or you detect an unusual transaction, please contact [email protected] with the order code so we can investigate and resolve it. Never send your full card number or security code (CVV) via email. Taxes, bank fees, exchange rate differences and actual refund times may be determined by the payment provider or bank.

MiKiName's rights: MiKiName and its licensors own or control all software, source code, interfaces, trademarks, logos, designs, databases, algorithms, template content, images and materials of the service. These assets are protected by intellectual property law. Your use of MiKiName does not mean the transfer to you of any ownership rights over those assets.

License granted to you: When you comply with these Terms and complete any applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the service and use purchased reports for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save or print reports for personal use, but you may not: resell, sublicense, distribute en masse, publicly post for commercial purposes, remove or conceal copyright notices, extract/copy the database, or use the content to build a competing product or service.

Your data: You retain rights to the data you provide (names, dates of birth, family information, etc.). By using the service, you grant MiKiName the right to process that data to the extent necessary to operate, secure, support and generate the results you request, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Provided "as-is": To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Analysis results depend on the data you enter, the system's calculation rules and AI-generated content; we do not guarantee absolutely accurate results, compatibility with every Numerology school of thought, or the production of any specific outcome in your real life.

Decision-making responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding how to use the results. MiKiName is not responsible for any decisions about naming, parenting, relationships, health, finances or other important decisions you make based solely on the reference-only content of the service.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiKiName is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost goodwill or lost data arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total direct liability related to a transaction, in all cases, does not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product or service period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights and responsibilities that the law does not permit to be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

When using MiKiName, you may not directly perform, or assist or enable others to perform, the following acts:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing or defamatory purposes, or to infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Access or attempt unauthorized access to other people's accounts, the API, servers, databases or administrative areas; scan or test vulnerabilities beyond the permitted scope.
• Circumvent or break technical limits, access control mechanisms, paywalls, rate limits or anti-fraud mechanisms.
• Use bots, scraping, crawlers or any automated tools to collect data in bulk or generate abnormal load on the system without written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify or exploit the source code and service in violation of the law or applicable license.
• Upload or distribute malware or viruses; disrupt, overload or degrade the integrity and security of the system.
• Resell accounts, share paid access, or exploit reports and content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Any good-faith security research must be authorized by MiKiName in advance in writing, and must not cause harm, access other users' data, or disrupt the service.

Termination by you: You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred, and may cause you to lose access to data, saved names and reports associated with the account once the request is completed. Therefore, download and save any content you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.

Termination or suspension by MiKiName: We may suspend or terminate your access when you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, fail to pay fees due, or when required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide advance notice and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue; in emergencies to protect the system and users, we may act immediately.

Changes to the Terms and service: We may update these Terms or adjust the service over time. The new version will show the update date and take effect from when it is published or from the specific time notified. If changes significantly affect your rights and obligations, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date is considered acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel renewal before the next billing period.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the law of your place of residence.

Dispute resolution mechanism: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you and MiKiName agree to prioritize resolving disputes in good faith through negotiation. You may send a description of the issue, the order code (if any), the desired remedy and contact information to [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within a reasonable time, it will be brought before the competent authority or court in Vietnam for resolution, unless mandatory law provides for a different jurisdiction.

General provisions: If any provision is determined by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. MiKiName's failure or delay in enforcing any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

For the fastest support, please use the email address associated with your account and provide the relevant order code or transaction code (if any). For safety reasons, never send passwords, OTP codes, security codes or full payment card information via email or any contact channel.
