Terms of Service

MiKiName is a platform providing tools and content relating to choosing and analysing names according to Numerology, including but not limited to:

• Checking, scoring and comparing names using the Pythagoras Numerology system.
• Suggesting names for a child based on the surname, date of birth, gender and information you provide.
• Analysing in-depth indices: Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, Personality, Pinnacle, Challenge, Personal Year and many other indices.
• Analysing compatibility between an individual and their parents or the whole family, together with life cycles and charts.
• Digital reports (PDF), free features, Pro/Premium subscription plans and individually purchased report products.

The specific features, usage limits, contents of each plan and the prevailing prices are always described in the service interface at the time you transact. We reserve the right to add, adjust, suspend or discontinue a feature for operational, security, legal compliance or product improvement reasons.

Important notice about the nature of the service: Numerology is not a scientifically proven method. All results, scores, analyses and suggestions from MiKiName are for reference, personal exploration and entertainment purposes only. The service does not replace professional advice or decisions in medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational or any other professional field. You should not treat the results as absolute advice or the sole basis for important life decisions.

Eligibility: You must have sufficient legal capacity under the law to accept these Terms and to make payments. If you use the service on behalf of a child or dependant (for example analysing a name for your child), you confirm that you are legally entitled or authorised, and you are responsible for their consent and for supervising the provision of their data.

Your obligations: When creating and using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and not impersonate any other individual or organisation.
• Keep your login details secure, use a strong password, not share or transfer your account without authorisation, and take responsibility for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Notify us immediately via [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that you have lost control of it.
• Not create multiple accounts in order to evade usage limits, promotions, payment obligations or the service's protective measures.
• Use the service for its proper purpose, comply with the law and not adversely affect other users or the system.

MiKiName's rights: We may require email verification, refuse registration, restrict permissions, suspend or terminate an account when we detect signs of fraud, security risks or a breach of the Terms.

Prices and payment: The sale price, currency, billing cycle and corresponding benefits are always clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase. Payment may be processed via domestic bank transfer/QR or via Paddle for international card transactions; the payment provider may apply their own additional terms, fees and verification steps. Access or benefits are only activated after the system receives valid payment confirmation.

Recurring subscription plans: Unless the payment interface states otherwise, Pro/Premium plans will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly cycle using the payment method you have chosen, until you cancel. You may request cancellation at any time in the subscription management page; cancellation stops the next renewal, and benefits are usually maintained until the end of the period you have paid for. Not using up your benefits within a period does not automatically give rise to a right to a refund.

Individually purchased products (reports): The right to view a report or an unlocked name list is granted as described at the time of purchase and has lasting ownership value as described in the product. A refund request for a report may be considered within 7 days of the payment date, provided that the report generation process has not started or the report has not been generated. Once the digital content has been generated, delivered or unlocked for use, the payment is generally non-refundable, unless required by law or the fault lies entirely with MiKiName.

Handling payment issues: If you have been charged but the benefit has not been granted, you have been charged twice, the amount is incorrect or you detect an unusual transaction, please contact [email protected] with the order reference so we can check and resolve it. Never send your full card number or security code (CVV) via email. Taxes, bank fees, exchange rate differences and the actual refund time may be determined by the payment provider or bank.

MiKiName's rights: MiKiName and its licensors own or control all software, source code, interfaces, trade marks, logos, designs, databases, algorithms, template content, images and materials of the service. These assets are protected by intellectual property law. Your use of MiKiName does not mean any ownership rights in those assets are transferred to you.

Licence granted to you: When you comply with the Terms and complete the applicable fee, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the service and use the reports you have purchased for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save or print reports for your personal needs, but you may not: resell, sub-licence, mass-distribute, publicly post for commercial purposes, remove or conceal copyright notices, extract/copy the database, or use the content to build a competing product or service.

Your data: You retain rights over the data you provide (name, date of birth, family information, etc.). By using the service, you grant MiKiName the right to process that data to the extent necessary to operate, secure, support and produce the results you request, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Provided "as-is": To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Analysis results depend on the data you enter, the system's calculation rules and the content generated by AI; we do not guarantee that results are absolutely accurate, consistent with every school of Numerology, or that they will produce any specific outcome in your real life.

Responsibility for decisions: You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding how to use the results. MiKiName is not responsible for any decision about naming, raising children, relationships, health, finances or other important decisions that you make based solely on the reference content of the service.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiKiName is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of reputation or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total direct liability in connection with a transaction shall, in all cases, not exceed the amount you have actually paid for the product or service period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights and responsibilities that the law does not permit to be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

When using MiKiName, you must not directly carry out, or assist or enable others to carry out, the following acts:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory purposes, or to infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Access or attempt to access without authorisation another person's account, the API, servers, databases or administrative areas; scan or test for vulnerabilities beyond the permitted scope.
• Evade or circumvent technical limits, access control mechanisms, paywalls, rate limits or anti-fraud mechanisms.
• Use bots, scraping, crawlers or any automated tools to collect data in bulk or generate abnormal load on the system without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify or exploit the source code and service in breach of the law or the applicable licence.
• Upload or spread malware or viruses; disrupt, overload or degrade the integrity and security of the system.
• Resell accounts, share paid access, or exploit reports and content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Any good-faith security research must be authorised in advance by MiKiName in writing, and must not cause harm, access other users' data or disrupt the service.

Termination by you: You may stop using the service or request deletion of your account at any time. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred, and may cause you to lose access to data, saved names and reports associated with the account once the request is completed. Therefore, please download and save any content you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.

Termination or suspension by MiKiName: We may suspend or terminate your access when you breach the Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, fail to pay a fee that is due, or when required by law. Where reasonable, we will give prior notice and an opportunity to remedy; in an emergency to protect the system and users, we may act immediately.

Changes to the Terms and the service: We may update the Terms or adjust the service over time. The new version will show the update date and take effect from when it is published or from the time specifically notified. If a change significantly affects your rights and obligations, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel renewal before the next billing period.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the law of your place of residence.

Dispute resolution mechanism: Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you and MiKiName agree to prioritise resolving disputes in good faith through negotiation. You may send a description of the issue, the order reference (if any), your desired outcome and your contact details to [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it will be referred to the competent authority or court in Vietnam for resolution, unless mandatory law provides for a different jurisdiction.

General provisions: If any provision is determined by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. MiKiName's failure or delay in exercising a right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

For the fastest support, please use the email address associated with your account and provide the relevant order or transaction reference (if any). For safety reasons, never send passwords, OTP codes, security codes or full payment card details via email or any contact channel.
