MiKiName provides numerology name analysis services, including: - Name compatibility check (Feature A) - Name suggestions (Feature B) - AI-generated in-depth reports **Important notice:** Results are for reference and entertainment purposes only. MiKiName does not replace professional advice.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password - Each person may only create one account - We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

- Service prices are clearly displayed before payment - Payment via VNPay (domestic) or Paddle (international) - Refunds within 7 days if the report has not been generated - No refunds after the report has been delivered

- Content, design, and source code are owned by MiKiName - Purchased reports are for your personal use - Reports may not be copied or redistributed for commercial purposes

- MiKiName provides services "as-is" - We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of numerology results - We are not responsible for decisions based on analysis results - Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid

You may not: - Use services for illegal purposes - Attempt unauthorized access to our systems - Automate access (scraping, bots) without consent - Register multiple accounts to abuse free services

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved at the competent court in Vietnam.
